Problem Statement
Moltech had been operating in Malaysia for nearly two years without securing the full regulatory licensing required to process Used Cooking Oil (UCO) into renewable bioenergy products, creating a critical regulatory barrier to its intended operations and commercial expansion.
PRIMO was engaged to lead strategic engagement with the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) and relevant government stakeholders to facilitate and expedite Moltech’s licensing and registration process.
Project Outcome
PRIMO successfully facilitated the issuance of the required licence within one month, leveraging strategic government engagement with the Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (KPK) and sustained coordination with MPOB, enabling Moltech to secure the necessary regulatory clearance and advance its Malaysian operations.
